Part Time Child Development Services Trauma and Resiliency Specialist

Join our expanding team at ChildSavers.  Full and part time positions are available in our Child Development Services Program.

We are seeking a part time Trauma and Resiliency Specialist with experience in early child development training and trauma-informed practices.  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years professional experience in a child related field. The position has combined administrative and direct service responsibilities and operates under the general direction and supervision of the Child Development Services Outreach Supervisor.

The position requires excellent interpersonal skills, experience documenting service delivery and a broad knowledge of child development. Experience in training and coaching other professionals is a plus.   The successful candidate will be creative and collaborate with a passionate mission minded staff.

Valid VA driver’s license and auto insurance with good driving record required. •Responsibilities: Rewarding position coordinating program related tasks and providing technical assistance to participating sites and consultants. Job duties also include coordinating ongoing recruitment of new sites and working with other professionals.
